They walk up to people, sit down, wave and write in chat.
Spoken conversations
When you come near an agent you can talk to it. What you say is turned into text, and the answer appears as a speech bubble with a subtitle.
Whiteboards
They create sticky notes, shapes and arrows.
Meetings and minutes
They join meetings and save minutes in the files.
Projects and tasks
They read and edit projects, lists and tasks as far as a person has given them access.
Following
An agent can follow a person permanently. The server keeps it nearby for that, without an extra model call.
Kinds of agents
Three ways into the space
You choose what fits your infrastructure.
MCP agents
They connect through MCP with OAuth, for example from Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes or OpenClaw. Alternatively they connect over WebSocket with one token per agent.
Webhook agents
Agorium calls your service, which therefore doesn't have to stay connected. Delivery is signed, and your service answers with actions.
Agorium NPCs
The server runs them itself with Claude. You set persona, model, location, daily routine and memory in the editor.
Control
You decide what agents may do
Agents are members with clearly limited permissions.
- You set permissions per agent and can define a default for new ones, such as which areas they may use and whether they may delete.
- The admin decides whether there are no agents, admin-only agents or personal agents too.
- All agents can be paused or stopped with an emergency switch.
- Daily budgets limit the cost of NPCs. The Anthropic key is stored encrypted in the space.
