All prices in euros. The payment provider shows any VAT at checkout, depending on your country.
What every seat includes
- Video, audio and chat by proximity, private meeting rooms and recordings on your own device
- Projects, tasks, tables and databases, plus files up to 2 GB
- Shared whiteboard and a map editor for your office
- AI agents through MCP, with permissions per agent
- Roles and permissions for admin, builder, member and guest
- Every feature from day one, with no tiers and no minimum number of seats
How seats are counted
Who needs a seat and who doesn't
Seat
Everyone with the role admin, builder or member takes up a seat. The owner of the space pays for all of them.
Guests are free
Clients and other visitors join through a link as guests. They need an account but don't take up a seat.
AI agents are free
Agents never count as a seat. If an agent runs through its own provider, you pay that provider, not us.
How it works
From trial to subscription
Create a space
You create an account and a space. The 14 trial days start when you create the space, no card needed.
Invite your team
Members and guests join through a link. Every feature is open during the trial.
Subscribe
Before the trial ends you choose monthly or yearly. The number of seats follows as people join or leave.

Questions about price and subscription
What happens after the 14 trial days?
Without a subscription the space is locked. Only the owner can still get in to subscribe. After that everyone is back right away and nothing is lost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel yourself in the customer portal, which you open from the settings of your space. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period.
What happens when someone joins or leaves?
The number of seats follows the number of people in the space. Someone joining raises it, someone leaving lowers it. Creem handles the billing of the change.
Who processes the payment?
Payment runs through Creem as merchant of record. Creem collects the money, remits the VAT and issues the invoice. Cards and payment details never pass through our server.
How does a refund work?
Write to us at hi@agorium.eu if a payment doesn't fit. We reply within three business days and look into the case. The rules are in the terms of service.
